It has a sharp scalloped blade that permits clean cuts without crushing or tearing, and a sturdy frame that keeps the blade taut and level. Markings on the frame let you adjust the cutting height of the 14 1/2\” long blade from about 3/16\” to 2\” in 3/16\” increments.
